After a short hiatus from store shelves, Kombucha Brooklyn has transitioned into a new and immaculate production facility and we are making our best kombucha yet. Keep a lookout for our stuff popping up in new locations across NYC.

Kombucha Brooklyn is celebrating some of its most recent successes, most notably winning the Rooster design contest, with a chill throwdown February 19th at the Brooklyn Kitchen Labs/Meat Hook. From 6-9 there will be free Sixpoint beer, homebrew from the KBBK crew, and kombucha on tap. Come down and check out the festivities.

This month KBBK is adding new accounts across Brooklyn. Stay tuned for updates that include two new locations that will have continuous supplies of KBBK on-tap. Happy holidays from the KBBK crew. Daily Candy featured our brew kits as a good value and interesting gift idea. We have revieved an overwhelming response--thanks to everyone who bought a brew kit!
In other news, we are in the midst of finding a larger location to expand our brewery and increase production. If anyone has any suggesstions or input feel free to contact us.
We are going to be at a few markets this upcoming weekend if you are in need of a last minute brew kit or growler of 'buch. We will be present at Greenpoint Food Market, New Amsterdam Market, and the Brooklyn Lyceum Craft Fair Market

We want to apologize for the dearth of updates on our website over the past few months. However, a lot has been brewing and we are working on a total site overhaul.
For those of you who have been out of the loop, last weekend was very exciting for KBBK. On Saturday we debuted two new flavors and celebrated the launch of our on-tap kombucha at Brouwerij Lane. The next morning we packed up and headed to South Street Seaport for the New Amsterdam Market with fresh kegs of the new flavors. The market was killer. Thanks to everyone who came out this weekend.

The Kombuchman Teacheth
Kombuchman wants you to buy his Kombucha. He also wants to pass on the knowledge, to anyone who wants to know how to make Kombucha at home. That’s why, when he’s not brewing, he’s teaching Kombucha brewing classes at the Brooklyn Kitchen, 616 Lorimer St. in Brooklyn. A Taxing Task
On April 15, while other folks were putting the final touches on their tax returns, Kombuchman and company was establishing KBBK's first commercial brewery. It was a demanding task, setting up fermentors, temperature gauges, plus shelves and workspace we need to brew KBBK. By the end of that very long week, however, KBBK had its first Kombrewery!
